A creative force behind the R. Table vision, Zach McDonald infuses every dish with artistry, precision, and soul. His energy and imagination bring warmth to the kitchen and elegance to the table. As the owner of Ramblewood Events and the head chef for the past 7 years, Zach thrives on crafting custom experiences that tell a story through flavor.



Leandro Peña



As a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and years of experience working in New York and Tennessee, Leandro Peña brings a refined yet approachable style to every R. Table menu. His passion for hospitality is matched only by his love of local ingredients and bold, seasonal flavors. As Head Chef of R. table, and with his commitment to excellence, Leandro believes that a truly great meal begins long before it hits the plate-it starts with intention, integrity, and heart.
